Under one roof, one can stroll along with an art guide and
through the guide, meet over fifty South African artists. All under
one roof.
With Legacy's philosophy of supporting South African artists and
naming their hotels for aguably the three greatest artists of all
time, Michelangelo, Da Vinci and Raphael, the three properties
couldn’t be more perfect than the site for the ART AFRIQUE
art tour.
With all three hotels having been decorated with more original
art than any other three hotels in the country, and with the
recently completed Da Vinci gaining the reputation as
being the ART HOTEL, one can see why these properties are
perfect as the venue for this tour.
Once you have completed the tour, you can adjourn to the ART
AFRIQUE gallery (in the Legacy Mall) where you can enjoy a
complimentary refreshment and then purchase your own collectable and
loved piece of South African art done by one of the artists from the
tour and thus also support South African artists.
Costs
The cost of the Tour is R150.00. You can, however, obtain a discount
Tour Voucher from any participating hotel or Tour Guide. Ask your
guide or hotel if they are a participant. (They are listed below.)
The voucher entitles the holder to a R50.00 discount. The money from
the voucher sponsors art projects and the ART TOUR guides.
